A Short Intermission
Thank you, Yellowknife and the Gold Range Hotel for another stellar season rocking the masses! We’re taking a short trip across the pond to bring some of that far north rock spirit to new eyes and ears, in Budapest and beyond! :metal: We’ll also be relaxing, eating, drinking, and surrounding ourselves with some of our favorite people. After a jam packed season at home, it’s time for some R&R.
KSB Fast Fact: Karen Single Band’s own guitar and vocalist Attila, a Canadian-Hungarian guitar virtuoso, is Karen’s husband. He founded Hungary’s first “official” speed metal band Vasmacska (as recorded in the 1988 Rock Lexicon history book).
We’ll Be Back
Do not despair: Welder’s Daughter and all the rock that is KSB and Co. will be back on our home turf at Bad Sam’s Bar for a 12-week house gig starting September 1. Keep on rockin’ in the Northwest Territories!
